This is the online program guide for Philcon 2023. The convention is in person at the Doubletree by Hilton, Cherry Hill, New Jersey, the same hotel where Philcon has been for years, but under a new name.
This guide should be suitable for use on most browsers and devices. It's an instance of KonOpas, an open-source project providing conventions with easy-to-use mobile-friendly guides.

Useful Information-Download and Review
Philcon has a Vaccination and Mask Policy that is required of all attendees. In brief you must have had a must have had a COVID-19 booster vaccination or vaccination set on or after September 1, 2022 and before November 2, 2023. This can be any form of COVID-19 vaccine including the original vaccines or any of the follow-on boosters. You must bring proof of same to attend. As an alternative Philcon will accept proof of a negative PCR COVID-19 test administered within 72 hours of picking up your badge at registration at the convention. In addition mask wearing is strongly recomended when not eating or drinking or in your sleeping room.Full details of the policy are available here: Vaccination and Mask Policy

Registration is on the lobby level next to the business center and across from Crystal 1 (Convention Office). You will need to have a photo-id and your proof of vaccination or negative PCR test results to register.
Pre-Registred Badges are picked up at registration for all attendees, including program participants, dealers, and artists.
Registraiton Hours:
These are held in the program room listed on the schedule. Grand Ballroom and Crystal rooms are on the lobby level. Plaza rooms are on the Mezzanine. Readings are in Room 623 on the 6th floor directly across from the elevators.

Gaming is being held in the Gallery just off the main lobby next to the hotel bar and elevator banks. Bobby Edoo is planning to be at Philcon this year and will be in the Promenade where he is normally found.
